8:45 – 9:00 1. Workshop Kick Off and State of the Industry
Objective: Review workshop objectives and provide high-level highlights of current ZEV adoption, availability, and opportunities.

9:00 – 9:15 2. Keynote: State of Tesla’s Heavy-Duty Zero Emission Vehicles
Objective: Provide information on ZEV interest/adoption in the United States, including barriers and opportunities. Share where success and investments have occurred and why.
Format: Presentation

9:15 – 10:00 3. Current ZEV Availability
Objective: Share highlights of local medium- and heavy-duty ZEV options, including various ways fleets can purchase them.
Format: Two 15-minute presentations and a 15-minute Q/A with attendees.

Objective: Share information on how fleets can get started for a ZEV deployment. Include how to decide if a ZEV will work for your fleet, resources to transition to ZEV, technical/funding assistance, and tips for working with your vendor.
Format: Three 10-minute presentations and a 15-minute moderated session.

1:30 – 2:15 6. Lessons Learned from Early Adopters:
Objective: Hear from fleets who already have adopted heavy-duty ZEV! Learn about what they have heard from their drivers/mechanics, their advice for fleets transitioning into the ZEV space, and the real cost of ZEV adoption and operation!
Format: Three 10-minute presentations and a 15-minute moderated session

- Nevoya will share information on their experiences as a fully electric trucking carrier.

2:15 – 4:00 Networking and Ride and Drive
- Funding/Technical Assistance Workshop:
- Location: Board Room across the lobby from the Ballroom
- Description: Meet with NCTCOG/DFWCC staff to talk about what funding programs or technical assistance your fleet could apply for and to start planning your ZEV transition.
- Vehicle Display and Ride-and Drive:
- Location: Outside of Venue, right past the main entrance/pavilion.
- Description: Check out or take a ride in an ZEV. Vehicles include Harbinger Motors step van and box truck, Hino L6, Workhorse W56, Tesla Semi, and ZM Trucks ZM8
- Visit with Exhibitors:
- Location: Within Ballroom
- Description: Check with other industry representatives and NCTCOG/DFWCC staff and get giveaway items!
